DEPARTMENT: RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.
We are looking for a Night Support Worker to be based in one of our Community Resource Centre (CRC) at Combe Lea, Midsomer Norton on a part-time basis on permanent contract.
Combe Lea is a residential care home that provides care and health services in a safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities. It offers a broad range of activities which aim to promote independence by developing or maintaining and enhancing people’s skills, interests, and abilities.
Within the Night Support worker role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of carers and support teams.
This is part time position working 19 hours per week on 4- week rolling rota. Shifts will include working some weekends and Bank holidays.
