KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

  • Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults
  • Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development
  • Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs
  • Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets
  • Organise and deliver Ninja competitions
  • Help to connect Ninja Parc with the local community
  • Follow Ninja Parc systems and process
  • Inspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The role of the Ninja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.

  • Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 years
  • Mini Ninjas: 3 - 6 years
  • Little Ninjas: 7 - 10 years
  • Youth Ninjas: 10 - 14 years

We’re looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership. You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community both locally and nationally. Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative.
