Description:
Candidate will monitor status of all LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Respond to alarms in Spectrum and take appropriate action against/for them. Create incidents for network anomalies and perform call outs all hours to ensure an analyst is aware of the situation you are reporting. Must be able to think quickly and make the appropriate choice for the situation with little to no supervision.
