CDW is looking for an Associate Network Analyst to join its Managed Services NOC team. Your background should have exposure to a variety of technologies including networking, security, virtualization, servers and storage and public cloud. Excellent customer service while solving problems should be a top priority for you. Responsibilities:

  • Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a multi-customer NOC environment with 24/7/365 coverage
  • Work with ticketing and monitoring systems
  • Technical support areas include: networking, security, virtualization, patching, servers and storage, and public cloud
  • Collaborate with teams internally and externally
  • Respond to alerts and action or escalate as require
  • Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot, repair, or replace hardware
  • 12-hour Shifts are on a rotating schedule to cover 24/7 operation
  • Operations:
  • Follow ITIL practices regarding incident, problem and change management
  • Perform administration on network devices, security appliances, servers, storage, hypervisor, and cloud.
  • Document and update technical procedures, administrative processes, configuration management database
  • Patching customer environments
