NOC Senior Engineer

We are currently seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team at a large technology company, a leading provider in the data center industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, preferably within a data center setting. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network and server issues 24/7.
This role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring of network performance, responding to alerts and incidents, documenting and escalating issues as needed, and collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential for success in this role.
