Could you be the full-time Non-Conformity Cell Quality Technician (f/m/d) in Vienna we’re looking for?

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to WRBA Bianca, Site Supply Chain Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

  • Handle non-compliant materials during production and ensure adherence to quality control standards
  • Accurately process data using AOS and GSI for defect reporting and resolution
  • Execute block posting and initiate replacement deliveries, as well as create purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacement purchase orders
  • Monitor and control repair activities, participate in root cause analysis, and initiate corrective measures
  • Conduct inventory monitoring of blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
