Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your main task will be to perform quality XS-Nonconformity investigations
In this position you will investigate quality related customer complaints.
You ensure that customer complaints are investigated, corrected if needed and prevented from happening again.
You are also responsible for the fulfilment of the non-conformity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the operations quality, and customer satisfaction.

AS NON-CONFORMITY EXPERT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON THESE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Investigation of quality related claims after receipt of a task in a notification.
  • Information searching in all available systems
  • Perform stock checks to check if the parts in stock are flawless, by using (hand) measuring tools.
  • Make sure that in case found non-conformities these will not be send to customers anymore.
  • Reporting on product quality, causal analyses and the required improvement measures.
  • Compiling Root Cause analysis reports in good technical English.
  • Testing and measuring in line with standards, detailed on drawings and in the order specifications.
  • Arranging material examinations and measurements at the request of Technical Support.
  • Make technical decisions if parts need to be called back for replacement or repair.
  • Ensure operations performance and efficiency, meeting set targets and KPIs. Ensure high quality of end-to-end operations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • You hold an expert degree in preferably mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Good analysing skills (root cause analyses) and previous experience in a high quality demanding environment is needed.
  • You’re a team player, with a true service attitude. You’re precise, decisive, and positive and have the ability to work systematically.
  • Experience in a quality environment is preferred.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English language (spoken and written).
  • (In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.)
