What you’ll do
- Maintenance of our product and supplier database
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal departments and our international counterparts in Germany
- Managing supplier communication and coordination for domestic contracts
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Reviewing non food marketing materials to ensure they’re correct
- Conducting detailed market research through store visits, market reviews, and website reviews
- Assisting the senior planner with the negotiating and tendering of domestic non-food contracts
- Assisting the senior planner with the pricing of non-food items
- Supporting the wider non-food team when needed
What you’ll need
- Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast past environment
- Exceptional organisational, analytical and data management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS office
- A third-level degree is beneficial but not essential

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
- €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
- 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
