We are seeking a Nordic Brand Manager – Gastrointestinal Cancer who is as dedicated as we are. This Nordic role can be based in any of our Nordic offices. Join us in our Oncology Business Unit, where we aim to improve the lives of millions of people.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Nordic Brand Manager, you will lead the Nordic strategic launch- & brand planning process in collaboration with Nordic and National cross functional team members. You will ensure that our strategy is built on robust and impactful insights and clear objectives are identified based on key leverage points along the patient journey. You will act as the ambassador for the brand(s) and develop brand messaging and promotional materials for the markets to be implemented in an omnichannel way to maximise customer experience.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Science or Pharmacy
- Launch- and marketing experience with excellent knowledge about stakeholders needs
- A proven track record of building strong strategic and tactical plans
- A strong sense for planning, structure, prioritization and execution
- Experience of cross functional collaboration across the Nordic markets
- A sense for commercial innovation – develops and shapes impactful innovative initiatives
- Good knowledge of Nordic market ethical rules, health care systems & payor systems
- A strong patient-centric mindset
- Experience within the GI cancer field and/or immune-oncology
You have excellent communication skills and be proficient in both written and spoken English as well as at least one of the Nordic languages.
Your proven experience with different marketing and digital channels will be as important for the role as will your excellent collaboration and partnership capabilities.
