Job Description
The Nordic Media & Digital Manager will implement the company’s media and digital strategy based on central guidelines, in close collaboration with local marketing managers. You are responsible for the marketing levers related to classic and digital media, transversally across JDE Nordics Brands and Categories.

Responsibilities:
- You will implement company’s media strategy based on local business objectives, best practices & global guidelines for classic & digital media.
- The role will oversee local media planning & buying with Media agency with the objective to drive media costs efficiency & media effectiveness / ROI, overall relationships management with Media agency & key media partners.
- You will be responsible for development & implementation of media channels strategy, monitor & analyse campaign performance metrics, optimize media spend to maximize results.
- Full responsibility for annual & tactical briefing process in Msights, responsible for media budget management.
- Drive internal alignment of media plans between Marketing / Brand Managers, Marketing Director, lead quarterly plans & creatives sign off sessions.
Qualifications
For this role as a Nordic Media & Digital Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Min. 3 years of relevant international/cross markets media planning and buying experience in an FMCG environment (Nordic experience is preferred).
- Proven track record of developing & implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive brand KPIs & sales growth, strong experience with budget planning, KPIs tracking and analytic mindset.
- Strong communication, collaboration & negotiation skills are required to manage the business internally & externally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
- Fluent in English is required and at least one Nordic language (Norwegian / Swedish / Danish) is preferred.
