As the North America and Canada Benefits Partner, you will support the TR benefit transformation in partnership with the Global Benefits Lead. Within the role, you’ll create a deep relationship with the North America and Canada regional teams to drive the benefits strategy across those locations. Together we do what matters.
Skills and experiences
* Excellent analytical skills & business acumen * Experience with a range of US and Canada benefits (global experience a plus) * Deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio * Experience rolling out a benefits platform * Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experiences with benefit tools and broker relationships

Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role: * Strong English verbal and written communication skills * Skills to manage stakeholders and partner expectations * Effective collaboration and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and virtually * Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior leadership * Excellent problem-solving ability * Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, or relevant equivalent work experience.
What you’ll do
* Support the Global Benefits Lead executing on the Avanade benefit strategy and consistent core across Canada * Ensure all Canada benefits, including pensions are approved and compliant with Global policies * Partner with Marketing and Employee Brand to ensure regional benefit packages support the growth of the external and internal Avanade brand * Partner with Canada HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure benefits are well communicated and utilized across the organization to support attraction and retention * Create strong collaboration with Employee Experience and Inclusion and Diversity teams ensuring complimentary support/benefits to identified global initiatives * Support regional HR teams and Avanade employees in ensuring they are consistently utilizing HR support for benefit administration * Support Avanade employees in escalating Benefit concerns to resolution
