Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
A great opportunity has arisen at Hovis Nottingham we’re looking for Bakery Operatives to play a key role in supporting our Operations Team.
Reporting to the Production First Line Manager, the successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern involving working 12-hour day shifts and night shifts, four on four off, including weekends.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating the plant and process in a safe and compliant manner
- Complete robust daily plant start-up integrity checks
- Being accountable for the production of high-quality products that are safe
- Completing documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Effectively communicating and liaising with all other departments
