ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for candidates with a passion for new technologies and a desire to apply them in a context focused on Industry 4.0 within the Automation 4.0 team at Rio Tinto Aluminum Atlantic. The role involves working closely with data scientists, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to identify, design and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an interest in translating user needs into detailed functional specifications, participating in the design of solutions, evaluating and defining non-functional requirements, and collaborating with development teams. An aptitude or interest in AWS and Azure services, as well as the ability to work both in backend (Python, Java) and in UI (Angular), are essential assets for this challenging role.
