A forward-thinking Shropshire law firm are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive, or an individual with equivalent qualifications and experience to enhance their dynamic Wills and Probate Team. This role promises a stimulating work environment within a supportive team, committed to professional growth and excellence in client service.
The position is primarily located at the Telford office, with the flexibility to accommodate full and part-time applicants. Moreover, the role entails occasional travel to the firms offices in Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton, offering a varied and engaging work landscape.
Ideal candidates will bring a proactive and energetic approach to managing a personal caseload, with a focus on drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and handling probate and Court of Protection applications. The ability to meet and exceed deadlines in a bustling office setting is paramount.
Interpersonal skills are at a premium, as the role involves direct client interaction, often under challenging circumstances. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy and professionalism, liaising effectively with both clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding service. A commitment to business development and a keen understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations are also essential.
Organisational prowess, exceptional written communication, and IT literacy are the bedrock of this role. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with case management systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.
