QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Education: B-Tech /Degree Industrial Engineering
Experience :2-3 years or more in the Motor Manufacturing Industry

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Good understanding of:
  • In plant logistics strategies
  • Root cause analysis and PDCA
  • Knowledge of Material Handling Engineering (process flow, WH, CAPEX, Productivity, Manufacturing plans.
  • Drawing interpretation and dimensional analysis
  • Be able to use MS Visio or CAD
  • Report Writing and Countermeasure Audits
  • Project Management skills
  • Advance Excel skills
