Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our Client’s infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in virtualization, public cloud, backup and storage, monitoring or operating systems. As part of the team, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering cutting-edge solutions to support organization mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Implement Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, to streamline project workflows and optimize efficiency.
  • Act as a Scrum master, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
