Description:

We are excited to welcome a passionate State Manager to join our passionate SHEIKE Squad to deliver excellence in our NSW State!
You will lead a portfolio of 26 stores, as well as 4 Regional Managers & 3 Field Visual Merchandisers.
In this role, you will drive an exceptional customer experience journey with all stores. You will be a passionate brand ambassador and work to achieve & exceed set sales, wage and shrinkage budgets while ensuring team members have an inspiring & inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey
  • Inspire others by leading by example
  • Coaching & training the team to consistently to foster their skills & development
  • Drive the SHEIKE Pillars of Excellence Always, Inclusivity, One Team & Passion
  • Drive the commercial business strategy to achieve & exceed budgets & profit targets
  • Drive strong wage & shrinkage results
  • Recruit exceptional brand ambassadors into the business and identify high performing team members for succession
  • Provide weekly communication including feedback & follow up to ensure all team members have clear guidance
  • Coach and mentor Managers to develop their skills and confidence to achieve personal and professional goals
  • Drive excellent Visual Merchandise, operations & stock management
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of competitor activities within centres
  • Consistently look for opportunities within the business to drive stronger results

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum 3+years experience in State Management
  • Exceptional customer service & styling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven results in achieving budgets, sales & profit targets
  • Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business, as well as the ability to strategically drive this with all teams
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • Experience in leading, coaching and managing a state team
  • The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
  • Self-motivated & strong communicator
  • Honest and transparent communicator
