We are looking for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to provide Diagnostic Positron Emission Tomography (PET) at our Canterbury region.

• Base Rate + KiwiSaver + Health Insurance + CPD + Flu Vaccines + EAP
• Current registration with NZMRTB essential

We are looking for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to provide Diagnostic Positron Emission Tomography (PET).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Competence in conducting a full range of both routine and complex procedures in PETCT.
• Significant degree of initiative and scientific interest.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
• Capable of exercising mature judgement in respect of performance, appraisal and allocation of duties.
• Working knowledge of the practical and legislative requirements of a Nuclear Medicine and PETCT practice.
  Additional CT Scope of practice is advantageous.
  Please note, appointment to this position will be conditional on a satisfactory Police vetting and risk assessment as per the Children’s Act 2014.
