We are recruiting to a variety of roles working as part of an innovative MDT. You will be working for Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust with your base at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the care of patients enabling them to step down to their normal place of residence faster.
As a registered Nurse Associate you will be experienced in working in a multi disciplinary / multi-agency health / social care environment with knowledge of IT basic administration systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc).
You will be patient focussed and have the ability to carry out comprehensive assessments and be able to prioritise and make sound decisions, sometimes under pressure.

To provide holistic and person centered care and support community patients in an acute setting.
To work independently under the leadership of registered nurses , working to their nationally recognised code of conduct and Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates .
To communicate effectively, with sensitivity and compassion, and to manage relationships with people, making reasonable adjustments where necessary.
