We are currently hiring a Nurse Manager to work in our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As the Nurse Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Will provide orientation, training and clinical supervision to the Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Clinical Specialists employed by the agency.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between the agency and all relevant medical practitioners or medical practices under contract with the agency.
  • Will maintain a small residential caseload and will be responsible for providing coverage for the Registered Nurses caseload, in their absence as needed.

Nurse Manager Minimum Salary: $85,000/annual
Nurse Manager Maximum Salary: $85,000/annual
Nurse Manager Schedule: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm; some flexibility with hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse License.
  • 3-5 years of previous nursing experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
