    Medcall is delighted to be working alongside our client to find them an awesome Nurse Manager for their busy primary healthcare clinic.
    Based near Mission Bay/Remuera, this is a clinical service also providing other wrap-around services to the Māori / Pasifika community.
    This is a full time role for an experienced Nurse Leader/ Nurse Manager, who understands Maori and Pasifika communities, and is passionate about improving their health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & mentor your clinical team- Health Care Assistants, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.
  • Train, induct, mentor and develop your team professionally.
  • Ensure quality processes are further developed, adhered to and constantly improved.
  • Be part of an amazing multidisciplinary team (Social workers, GP’s, the nursing team and practice management).
  • Manage and influence growth and development of the service, seeing real gains for the Māori & Pasifika community you serve.
