The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Nurse Practitioner (Endocrine) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Undertake Nurse Practitioner led Endocrinology/Metabolic Bone outpatient clinics
- Collaborate with Rheumatology and Orthopaedic teams in caring for patients with complex metabolic bone disorders
- Provide advanced nursing care to clients with chronic disease and/or complex health needs
- Plan, provide, support and coordinate care to clients and their carers within and across a variety of health service, primary health and community settings
