Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner Gastroenterologist to join our busy practice in Crown Point, IN located at Franciscan Health Crown Point and meet the growing demand for services in northern Indiana. Provider will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree - Required
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
