Description:
Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an established Primary Care team at PMG Gateway Internal Medicine. You will have the opportunity to make a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered team made up of a robust group of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. - Full-time, up to 1.0 FTE
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours, 4-5 days/week schedule
- Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
- Ideal candidates will value trauma-informed care approaches and honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable
- 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care or high-acuity setting required
