About the Role: The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is responsible for leading and coordinating the Surgical Ward 2H to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice, patient centred care within a healthcare team, and is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient human, material and financial resource management.

  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods
  • Capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
