Nursery Nurse - Emergency Department - Huntingdon

The Nursery Nurse / Nursing Associate will provide high quality care to patients with indirect supervision from a registered nurse/practitioner. The post holder will be required to play an integral role in the delivery of essential clinical care. They will provide specific care as relevant to the clinical specialty and participate in direct patient care as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team within the Emergency Department. The post holder will work in support of registered nurses, doctors and allied health professionals.
Supervision and teaching of junior staff will be part of the role. It is anticipated that this role will continue to develop through the acquisition of further skills, knowledge and competencies to be determined within the clinical team with the focus on patient needs
