Description:
You should possess good interpersonal and time management skills, be a good communicator, organised and able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team. You will be providing general nursing care which includes, catheter management, injections, wound care and palliative nursing care in patients homes and residential care homes. You must be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times to patients, relatives and staff of all levels. You will need to travel between patients and so you will need a full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
