WHAT WE’LL LOOK FOR IN YOU
You should possess a good working knowledge of conducting risk assessments and care planning as well as someone who is creative and forward-thinking to work through the issues that may arise in this challenging but exciting environment.
Knowledge in therapeutic interventions such as CBT or Steps to Wellbeing is desirable but transferable clinical skills will be considered with appropriate training provided.
You will liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group medical team to ensure the patient’s treatment is carried out whilst maintaining the principles of patient confidentiality.
Your sound clinical and infection control knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a new opening for an Associate Nurse to join our team based in our Plymouth hospital. This position will be on a rota basis consisting; days, nights and weekends
Day shift 0730-2000 / Night shift 1930-2000
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Being part of a close and collaborative team you the Associate Nurse will pride yourself in providing the highest standard of care to our patients and their families.
As well as undertaking basic ward duties you will oversee the new patient admissions, ensuring key documentation is completed and introducing them to the care team looking after them.
Our inpatients team is comprised of experienced nurses and healthcare assistants supported by our welcoming Ward Manager
