Description:

We Are Hiring:

  • Department: Emergency Department
  • Schedule: Full-time NIGHT 36 hrs wkly 7p-730a every 3rd weekend
  • Hospital: St. Agnes - Ascension
  • Location: Baltimore, MD

What You Will Do:

Assist with patient care activities.

  • Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Accommodate patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Aide credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.

Preferred Credential(s):

  • Drivers License credentialed from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.
