Description:

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.Current nursing license.
  • Experience: Significant experience in nursing, with progressive leadership roles.Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Some organizations may require or prefer additional certifications, such as Nurse Executive certification.
