Description:
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Facilitate ongoing education and training programs for nursing staff.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.Current nursing license.
- Experience: Significant experience in nursing, with progressive leadership roles.Management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Some organizations may require or prefer additional certifications, such as Nurse Executive certification.
