JR54508 NVE PE - Engineering Execution Manager
As an Engineering Execution Manager (EEM) within Micron’s NAND Product Development Team, your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to propel new product development and spearhead the integration of solutions into actionable strategies and plans. In this capacity, you embody the NAND engineering team, engaging with strategic partners like business units, quality assurance, fabrication, testing, and supply chain to ensure a competitive time-to-market for the newest technology nodes, from silicon to system. This role is of significant impact, offering broad scope and high visibility. It presents the chance to contribute to Micron’s forthcoming generation of technology and product enablement alongside a committed and skilled cross-functional team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidates for this position will demonstrate:

  • Good knowledge of NAND device/design and/or System firmware/design is not a pre-requisite, but would be an added advantage

EDUCATION:

Position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Material Engineering or related disciplines

Responsibilities:

  • Own NAND development schedules, lead cross-functional development teams, and foster collaboration.
  • Direct NAND deliverables and sample delivery schedules in sync with NAND/System development timelines
  • Collaborate closely within product engineering and alongside business units, supply chain, planning, fabrication, assembly, and test operations teams to facilitate seamless engineering execution.
  • Communicate accurate priorities within NAND Development team to maintain project schedules.
  • Represent in Product Development review, lead PE meetings and collaborate for plans and changes required to achieve NAND BIC execution.
