  • Completed chef training with at least 2 years of previous experience working as a head chef or sous chef at an à la carte restaurant.
  • Result-oriented, strategic, and taking responsibility for their tasks.
  • Having pride in being responsible for the quality of food for the guests.
  • Responsive and attentive to other people’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CHEF

  • Experience working in an à la carte restaurant
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high quality food
  • Team player mentality, clear thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Speak one of the scandinavian languages or english and …no more requirements.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

As a Kitchen Manager at O’Learys, you have the opportunity to be a part of the venue’s development, achieve results, and build a sustainable business. You are responsible for food preparations according to the O’Learys concept to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
You are also responsible for stock and cost control, recruiting new kitchen and back-of-house staff, scheduling, training, and enforcing policies and procedures. Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following local legal regulations. You are also responsible for the maintenance of surfaces and equipment.
