QUALIFICATIONS AND EVALUATIONS

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Two years of Embassy/Consulate, military, police, or private experience in the field of security required; of which 1 year of the experience must be as a line supervisor or working leader with responsibilities for coordinating a range of activities that involve directing, monitoring and redirecting actions of a team.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the Guard Orders, emergency notification process, experienced with state-of-the-art security equipment and processes, knowledge of local cultural norms and customs.
Education Requirements:
Mandatory:
Completion of secondary education is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Limited knowledge in writing/reading/speaking in English and fluency in writing/reading/speaking in Bahasa Indonesia are required. This may be tested.

Responsibilities:

Provide protection for U.S. Government employees, visitors, facilities, and equipment by conducting access control and visitor screening duties as a member of a local guard program. Local guards detect, deter, respond, and report potential criminal and terrorists’ acts directed against U.S. Government personnel and facilities. Incumbent is required to supervise LGF guard members, including reviewing and responsibility approving leave, submitting a bi-weekly work schedule, recording daily time and attendance, monitor employee performance, and write Evaluation Performance Reports (EPR).
