The assessment-based role is based out of Charlestown Medical and Dental Centre with the primary focus on delivering our mission which is to provide employers with occupational health solutions that allow their employees to return home safely from work each day. Logic Health encourage candidates to apply if you have an interest in preventing injuries, and if you have experience or qualifications as an Exercise Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Nurse (EN or RN), Physiotherapist or Occupational Health Technician. The role is available for an immediate start and can be offered as a Part-Time position Tuesday - Thursday. Hours are set at 8am - 4pm.

Responsibilities:

Occupational Health Clinic Operation

  • Conduct a range of pre employment medical screening; preliminary drug/urine screening; spirometry; ECG; audiometry; functional capacity assessments.
  • GP engagement and consultation to achieve great client outcomes.
  • Fitness for Work Assessments to assist with strategic injury management

Client-centric Customer Service

  • Build relationships with companies to service their Occupational Health/Work Injury related issues.
  • Build relationships with patients to create patient ease prior to pre-employment screens/medicals.

Occupational Health Clinic Administration

  • Result quality assurance, ensuring high level of quality is maintained aligned to our clinical governance standards.

Onsite Consulting

  • Opportunity to provide strategic injury prevention programs that are proactive rather than reactive.
