Description:
We are looking to recruit a forward thinking, experienced Occupational Health Team Manager to join our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team in Croydon University Hospital.
The successful candidate will have extensive case management and clinical skills, managerial skills and the ability to lead and motivate our dynamic team to provide an effective Occupational Health Service.

These will include
Responsible for the delivery of a high standard, quality accredited, OH Service, using human and financial resources effectively
Drive the delivery of best practice OH services through responsibility to review, develop, and implement OH clinical policy, procedures, and processes
- Service and policy development in line with current statutory and legislative guidelines.
- Clinical and management expertise in order to provide leadership with in the Team and Organisation in matters pertaining to Health, safety and wellbeing.
- To further develop a comprehensive Health Surveillance Programme in line with the Organisations Risk Assessments.
- To develop tools to audit and evaluate the delivery and effectiveness of services to both staff and managers and ensure that effective systems are in place for collection and analysis of data.
- To introduce service compliance to the Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) standards
