Join our dynamic team as an Occupational Therapist and make a profound impact in our Day Program! As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering exceptional Occupational Therapy services to our clients. Clinical supervision will be provided by our Professional Leader of Occupational Therapy, along with opportunities for professional growth through participation in the discipline’s in-service and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) programs.

Responsibilities:
Providing high quality, evidenced based, timely Occupational Therapy services to clients to maximise function, performance in activities of daily living that are meaningful to the client.
Working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the client receives an integrated service that meets their needs.
Attendance and participation at case conferences, goal setting meetings, family conferences.
Support/participate in clinical research conducted by colleagues and other Occupational Therapists conducting multi-centred projects.
Conducting comprehensive client assessments, leading engaging group sessions, and ensuring seamless referrals for ongoing care.
