Description:

Are you are an NT local or someone looking to move to Darwin for the dry season? We have fixed term 6-to-12-month locum opportunities for a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist with the possibility of an extension to permanent work, in our Durack and Fannie Bay Clinics?
Now we might be a little biased, but the NT is a place like no other, and ESA NT is a team like no other.
Imagine starting your days your own way – enjoying a coffee at the foreshore, walking along the beach, or going for an early morning swim (at any time of the year!). Imagine helping your kids off to school without the usual morning rush, being encouraged to attend school assemblies and finishing early on Fridays to find the best camping spots first.
Imagine easing into your day with options to work from home to plan your appointments, seeing clients online, in their community, or in our dedicated, set up and resourced therapy spaces (complete with great parking and coffee shops nearby!
You will be supported by a dedicated admin team, local leadership and mentoring, and working with children and families who are well matched to your interests, skills and experiences.
Imagine dedicated, shared lunch times, regular team development sessions, scheduled team collaboration with our large, local, multi-disciplinary team, along with access to our national CPD program, and individual supervision program.
And now imagine partnering with just 4 clients a day, with allocated time to follow up, communicate and collaborate on everything your clients need to achieve their goals.
At ESA, we believe in focussing on what you are good at, and allied health is what we do. Did you know that every leader in ESA is an allied health professional? As a member of our NT family, you will be supported by experienced local allied health leaders, who live in and understand everything that is unique to the NT.

  • Utilise the next generation of client management systems – no more clunky programs or handwritten notes!
  • Enjoy dedicated admin support for bookings, funding and managing referrals (along with keeping the tearoom and the toilet paper stocked up!)

About you:
A special skill is essential!
Great at baking brownies? Can tell an awesome dad joke? Have an epic dress up box?
We are your people!!
