OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY MANAGER

Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for an Occupational Therapy Manager to lead the delivery of high quality, multi-disciplinary, person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
Working closely with the General Manager Allied Health, and the Allied Health Management team, the Manager Occupational Therapy is responsible for the effective leadership and development of the Occupational Therapy team and other staff groups as allocated, continuous improvement of service delivery and effective management of operational performance.
The Occupational Therapy Manager, through strategic relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation, maintains a clear view of operational requirements to ensure quality and sustainable service provision to our consumers as LRH and the Gippsland community continue to grow.
