With a strong team of Off-Highway Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Customer Service Professionals and Administrative Staff we need strong leadership. This is the ideal opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Your role is integral to the ongoing success of the Wacol branch so we’re looking for someone who has the energy and drive to exceed and deliver results. You’ll report into our Branch Manager, with a focus on monitoring and improving KPIs, while enhancing the customer experience and value offered within all aspects of the Service Department.
With a customer centric approach, exceeding customers’ expectations will drive you. You pride yourself in being a strong communicator, with outstanding attention to detail. With a history in a Off-Highway Service Supervisor role, you’ll have the skills to measure your departments performance against both the business plan and budget, and you’ll build and maintain a strong customer base, while actively canvassing for additional business opportunities, while promoting Penske Australia’s products and services
