As the Off Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for unlocking customer and consumer insights to drive exceptional performance in the Off Trade Channel. You will leverage a strong understanding of the external environment to create and execute clear and powerful commercial plans for this channel. Utilizing a category and insight-led approach, you will combine consumer, market, and category data with best practices from communication agencies to define effective strategies for brand activation within the channel.
Your role involves generating ideas rooted in a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs, managing them through to successful execution, and positioning Bulmers Ireland as a valuable retail partner in the Off Trade Channel. You will play a leading role in the commercial planning process, developing actionable BTL strategies that align with brand plans.
Your comprehensive understanding of the market, customer, and consumer will guide your strategy to ensure flawless execution with a focus on ROI. You will set clear KPIs and measure all BTL activities from an ROI perspective, making recommendations based on thorough performance reviews. Engaging with customers, you will develop and sell compelling brand plans tailored to maximize opportunities.
Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with finance and sales teams to understand commercial performance. You will highlight and recommend actions and identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth. You will also lead various internal and external stakeholder groups, including agencies, suppliers, and internal customers.
