YOUR PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team supporting our Off Trade business on a permanent basis based at our Burton Head Office 2 days a week.
You’ll support the Senior Finance Business Partner and make an impact in the fast-paced world of Off Trade Sales . Use your financial expertise to analyse scenarios, forecast outcomes, and delve into details to identify trends that add significant value to our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage budgets, understand key drivers, and confidently challenge stakeholders as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with management teams, providing comprehensive support for the on-trade business and essential analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Directors and their teams, focusing on value addition and prompt resolution of queries.
• Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.
