Description:

Do you have experience from working with offerings development in a fast-forward market? Do you want to form and optimize our offerings within PBX and Contact Center solutions?
We are looking för an Offering Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our PBX (Private Branch Exchange) and Contact Center offerings.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Product/ Offering/ Business Management work experience within PBX/Contact Center or similar product field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience within the telecom industry
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant field
  • Experience of driving change
    Location: Solna

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain new and existing offerings aligned with our CX ambition and business goals
  • Be responsible for developing our offerings to match the ongoing market and customer trends
  • Plan and drive proposals to optimize and create maximum business benefit from our offerings
  • Detail and drive product requirements towards Telia’s Common Product and Services unit
    You will be part of a team of 14 senior Offering and Product Managers. The team spirit is central within our team, as we together solve and manage our challenges with great commitment and willingness to contribute.
