Description:

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Manage and maintain the office supplies and track the inventories of the store
  • Check invoices, label and update the price of the products
  • Receive the income emails, phone calls and distribute back to respective departments
  • Make sure to have smooth day to day operations with the respective tasks
  • Maintain confidential information and follow company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A good experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skill and attention to details are required
  • Strong organizational skills and able to work both independently and with a team.
  • Available 5 working days
