JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery & Equipment
  • Position Title: Office Admin
  • Working Location: Penjuru Close
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the office.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks, etc.
  • Attend to customers/ clients’ inquiries including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
