REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Drivers License and reliable car required

Managing the Reception and Front-of-House, the ideal candidate will be a professionally presented individual with strong customer service skills. Assist the wider team in all administrative duties; support the Director and gain valuable PA experience.
This position has high learning potential and requires a license and access to a car. This is the perfect opportunity for those looking for an entry into the real estate industry and those with future EA ambitions.

DUTIES:

  • Managing the reception and front-of-house
  • Relationship building with new and existing clients
  • General office management
  • Providing administration assistance to the team as required
  • Sales Processing Administration duties
  • Working alongside the director assisting with all personal assistant duties
