Office Admin Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Experience in the aggregate industry is a benefit
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Google Office Suite experience preferred
- Understanding of physical and electronic filing systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Reliable

Responsibilities:
- Interacting with suppliers and contractors in person, on the phone, and email
- Attend to customer inquiries
- creating PO’s and receiving invoices through an ERP system (SAP)
- supporting Logistics and 3rd Party Sales
- Production Entries and Confirmations for the GEA and CAB markets
- Management of CAPEX PO’s and invoice receiving and tracking
- Managing some high volume receiving from vendors for Aggregate sites
- Office related consumables ordering
- Perform office safety orientations as needed
- Aiding co-workers with various office tasks (filing, backup functions)
- Other duties as assigned
