QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Experience in the aggregate industry is a benefit
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Google Office Suite experience preferred
  • Understanding of physical and electronic filing systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Reliable

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with suppliers and contractors in person, on the phone, and email
  • Attend to customer inquiries
  • creating PO’s and receiving invoices through an ERP system (SAP)
  • supporting Logistics and 3rd Party Sales
  • Production Entries and Confirmations for the GEA and CAB markets
  • Management of CAPEX PO’s and invoice receiving and tracking
  • Managing some high volume receiving from vendors for Aggregate sites
  • Office related consumables ordering
  • Perform office safety orientations as needed
  • Aiding co-workers with various office tasks (filing, backup functions)
  • Other duties as assigned
