Description:
- Answering incoming calls, redirect customer inquiries and correspondence
- Source and procure of parts and materials from local and overseas suppliers
- Prepare documents such as Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List, Bill of Lading and other related documents
- Track and ensure orders are received and delivered in timely manners
- Coordinate Form D applications under cross-boarder FTA (Free Trade Agreement)
- Liaise with customers and coordinate delivery status with factory team
- Liaise with project team to determine on-site installation schedule and requirements
- Office administration of filing and archiving documents etc..
