Job Purpose:
As an Office Administrator, you will oversee office operations and support the New Zealand team. This involves administrative tasks, communication, information management, and project coordination.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a 12-month contract role on a 2 days per week to be based from our Auckland, New Zealand office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day office tasks such as stationary orders, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Providing administrative support for office setup, safety hazards, supplies delivery, courier requests, and printer maintenance.
- Coordinating visitor hosting, onboarding/offboarding, and organizing events and meetings.
- Screening and directing internal and external communications, prioritizing key messages or responses.
- Assisting in report preparation, presentations, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess a solid foundation of office admin support experience in a matrix organization or global setting.
- Be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Possess excellent communication abilities and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Sound level of computer literacy and computer skills in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
