SERVICEMASTER RESTORE - IMMEDIATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED

What the job looks like - Position Overview:
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in an office setting. Position assists the business owners, management team and team members with a variety of tasks including processing invoices, collecting payments, customer service follow up, answering phones, using multiple types of software and interfacing with customers and suppliers. Experience with Outlook and Excel are a must. Prefer strong writing and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing - Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage office filing systems and maintain documentation in all relevant channels.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for office inquiries.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Oversee editing and maintaining timekeeping records.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and organizing meetings and events as needed.
- Support general managers and supervisors with administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Assist with data entry, prepping invoices, and document retrieval.
- Communicate with Third Party Administrators and assist with Project Managers/Estimators in job file documentation
- Request and maintain vendor and subcontractor documentation with software systems
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable.

- Experience as an office admin (or adjacent role) is required
