Description:
OFFICE ADMIN
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese languages, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders in both languages. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or above in a relevant field.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese languages (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Preferably with experience in office renovation projects.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist in managing office renovation project, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Oversee general office maintenance, including liaising with building management and addressing facility-related issues.
- Assist in organizing company events and social activities.
- Coordinate and arrange accommodation, transportation, and visiting tours for company guests.
- Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in the onboarding process.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
